Carolina Panthers wide receiver Damiere Byrd (hamstring) was unable to participate in Sunday's practice. The 30-year-old has been promising early in camp, but missed Sunday's practice due to a hamstring injury. This is not good news for his chances of climbing up the depth chart. He's trying to chase Jonathan Mingo and Laviska Shenault for a depth spot on the roster. It's hard to imagine Byrd getting enough snaps to warrant rostering in most fantasy formats.--Andy Webb
