Milwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard (calf) received some tough news on Tuesday and will be sidelined indefinitely. The star guard has been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis in his right calf. That being said, Lillard won't be on the court anytime soon while he deals with blood clots in his right calf. Fantasy managers are probably safe to drop him with most leagues already in the playoffs. The expectation is that Ryan Rollins and Gary Trent Jr. will see boosts going forward. Between the two, Trent is the better fantasy option while Lillard is out.--Andy Webb
