Curtis Samuel Limited For Second Straight Day
3 years agoWashington Football Team wide receiver Curtis Samuel (hamstring) was limited in practice on Thursday for the second straight day. Samuel sat out of the Tuesday night loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, but he looks to be in good shape to make a return in Sunday night's game against the division-rival Dallas Cowboys. The 25-year-old has been hurt more often than not in his first season in D.C., playing in only five games and catching six of his nine targets for 27 yards and no touchdowns. Samuel belongs on the waiver wire in all single-season formats and is unlikely to have a major role on offense if he's back this weekend. Terry McLaurin, who has been disappointing in his own right, is the only Washington receiver worth starting in fantasy, and he'll be getting quarterback Taylor Heinicke back from the COVID-19 list.
