Corbin Carroll Swats Two Homers In The Motor City Friday
Corbin Carroll helped his team secure a commanding 11-6 victory over the Tigers in the Motor City Friday. The talented 22-year-old crushed two home runs, a double, and drove in five runs. In the opening inning, Carroll wasted no time as he smashed the first pitch thrown by Michael Lorenzen for a solo blast. Later in the game, he launched a grand slam off of Will Vest in the seventh inning. Carroll went a 3-for-5 in the contest. He's slashing .307/.391/.575 with 13 dingers, 32 RBI, and 18 stolen bases.
