Orlando Magic point guard Cole Anthony (illness) has been ruled out for Tuesday's contest against Toronto. He has failed to shake off an illness ahead of the game. The Magic will start the game with Anthony Black at the point guard position, while Cory Joseph and Trevelin Queen could get extra burn off the bench. Black has played well as of late, averaging 11.6 points, 3.7 assists, and 1.1 steals for the month.--Taavi Pailk
