7 months agoToronto Blue Jays starter Clayton Richard is set to begin throwing again this weekend, with the process being a progressive one. The 35-year-old was set to start for the Jays earlier this month, but he was sidelined with a right knee stress reaction and was subsequently shut down. This will be Richard's first season with Toronto after having spent the majority of his career with the San Diego Padres. Last season, he made 27 starts, going 7-11 with a 5.33 ERA.--Ricky Delgado - RotoBaller
