San Diego Padres starting pitcher Clayton Richard went 7 1/3 innings pitched, giving up seven hits, two runs, and no walks while striking out two in the 6-2 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. After pitching for a 6.41 ERA in the month of April, he's now pitching at a modest 4.28 ERA with a 2-2 record and 26 strikeouts in 27 1/3 innings pitched for the month of May. In his last three starts, he's gone over seven innings in all three and only walked one batter. He is pitching quite well at the moment and will be a top streaming candidate in his next start on May 25 against the Los Angeles Dodgers.--Caden
