Clayton Kershaw To Start On Friday
5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw will make the start in Game 2 of the National League Division Series against the Nationals on Friday. Kershaw went 16-5 with a 3.03 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 189 strikeouts in 178 1/3 innings over 28 starts and one relief appearance in the regular season. He was better at home than on the road, too, posting a sharp 2.89 ERA and 1.10 WHIP with a 9.6 K/9 in 102 2/3 innings (16 starts) at Chavez Ravine. The lefty gave up two runs in six innings while walking three and fanning nine to get the win in his only start against the Nats this year. As always, you can't really go wrong taking Kershaw in DFS, although he's surely had his demons in the postseason.
