Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey said he has added "about five pounds of good muscle" in the offseason. “My core strength, my upper body strength and my lower body,” McCaffrey continued, “I’m just trying to increase all those. Make sure I can break tackles in the second level and be able to turn those three-, four-yard runs into some bigger runs.” McCaffrey was much more successful catching passes than on the ground in his rookie season. The 21-year-old had 117 carries for 435 yards (3.7 yards per carry) and two scores on the ground. Through the air, he caught 80 passes for 651 yards (8.1 yards per catch) and five touchdowns. Even with C.J. Anderson now in the fold on early downs, McCaffrey will be a popular fantasy back, especially in PPR formats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
