Chris Owings Still Dealing With Hamstring Tightness
Chris Owings (hamstring) came on as a pinch-hitter in Friday's game against the San Francisco Giants and hit a triple. However, he is still dealing with hamstring tightness. He first aggravated the hamstring in Wednesday's game and was forced to leave the game. He's been absent from the team's starting lineup in both games since. Owings has played second base and all three outfield positions for the Rockies this year. If the injury persists, outfielders Sam Hilliard and Yonathan Daza could see a bump in playing time.
