New Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave (concussion) put in another day of limited practice on Thursday in the portion open to the media. It's great news after Olave left to be evaluated for a head injury in the Week 12 loss to the Atlanta Falcons and never returned. It's also pretty significant with Michael Thomas (knee) on Injured Reserve and Rashid Shaheed (thigh) unlikely to play after getting hurt this past Sunday. Olave is the team's unquestioned top receiver when he's active, but he still needs to clear the league's concussion protocol to get the green light to play this Sunday against the Detroit Lions. Even if Olave is able to play, rookie A.T. Perry will be looking at an expanded role with Shaheed expected to be unavailable.--Keith Hernandez
