Chris Curtis suffered a split-decision loss to Brendan Allen in the main event of UFC Vegas 90 on Saturday. Curtis replaced Marvin Vettori against Allen at UFC Vegas 90 on three weeks' notice. After losing the first round, Curtis came back and showed his impressive stand up game in the second and third round. Allen stepped on the gas in the fourth and in the fifth round to win the split-decision victory. In 25 minutes of action, Curtis landed 124 significant strikes, compared to Allen who landed 112.
