Chris Conley 2019 Player Outlook: Opportunity in Up-For-Grabs Offense
5 years agoConley departs Kansas City after four years and heads to Jacksonville with Nick Foles. Conley and Foles actually have a history together, when Foles was a part of the Chiefs in 2016 and the two linked up on the second team. Conley is expected to be a top three WR with Lee injured and could make a significant impact in a offense that’s in dire need of a reliable wide receiver. With that said, this offense isn’t expected to be the highest scoring and the targets will be spread out, so Conley is nothing more than a late-round flier at this point. This entire Jaguars offense is a bit of an unknown and Conley personifies that perfectly.
