Chase Briscoe Has A Strong Performance
2 years agoDespite still having a broken finger, Chase Briscoe managed to have a great day at Martinsville on Sunday. Stewart-Haas Racing flexed their muscles in qualifying after a lackluster practice session, and that strength continued in the race. All four drivers qualified in the top seven for this race and all of them had a strong run for most of the race. Pit-row issues cost Ryan Preece the lead and Kevin Harvick a strong finish. But Chase Briscoe was the top dog for the team, running 51 fast laps and leading 109 laps. Briscoe secured his best finish at Martinsville, finishing fifth.
