1 year agoColorado Rockies outfielders Charlie Blackmon and Michael Toglia are not in the starting lineup on Wednesday against the visiting Arizona Diamondbacks. Blackmon recently returned from a fractured hand and served as the designated hitter in his first two games back before getting a rest in the matinee contest on Wednesday. Ryan McMahon is serving as the designated hitter and is batting third, while Alan Trejo draws into the lineup at third base while hitting seventh against Diamondbacks right-hander Slade Cecconi. The 37-year-old Blackmon went 3-for-7 with a triple, RBI and two runs scored in his first two games back from the injured list this week. Blackmon has a decent .271 average (59-for-218) in 2023, but he's done very little else for fantasy managers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
