Chargers Committed To Anthony Lynn
5 years agoLos Angeles Chargers general manager Tom Telesco said he remains committed to head coach Anthony Lynn despite a 5-11 season in 2019. “I like the culture here,” Telesco said. “I like the foundation that’s been built. I love our head coach. … There’s nobody else that I want to go into battle with than (Lynn).” He'll be heading into the final year of his four-year contract, so the Chargers will need to turn things around in 2020 for Lynn to get another extension. It will be an interesting offseason for the Bolts, with Philip Rivers, Melvin Gordon and Austin Ekeler all free agents. Ekeler is expected to return, but Rivers and Gordon could certainly be playing for other teams next season.
