6 years agoAs a team that suddenly has a plethora of starting pitchers that are performing well, the Colorado Rockies may be sending pitcher Chad Bettis to the bullpen when he returns from the disabled list. Bettis has been sidelined with a blister issue on his finger, but it seemed to be fine during his most recent Triple-A rehab outing and so he's joined the team on their current road trip. The team's bullpen woes have been well-noted and they probably don't want to rock the boat after just finishing up with their best team ERA for a single month in franchise history, so sending Bettis to the bullpen would make sense. It would obviously trash his value from a fantasy standpoint though, if anyone was pinning their hopes to a Colorado starting pitcher that is currently rocking a 5.10 ERA.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
