Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and most of the team's regular starters aren't going to play in the preseason opener on Saturday against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Fellow receiver Brandin Cooks and quarterback Dak Prescott are also expected to sit out this weekend. Lamb already appears ready for the start of the regular season and had another highlight catch in the back of the end zone during team drills on Thursday at training camp. Even with Cooks joining the club in an offseason trade, Lamb is by far and away Dallas' top target for Prescott after he produced his second straight 1,000-yard season with a career-high nine touchdowns and a career-high 107 receptions in 17 regular season starts.
