6 months agoCleveland Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco could return to the big leagues as soon as September 1 when rosters expand as he works his way back from a leukemia diagnosis. The right-hander hasn't pitched since May 30, but has begun rehabbing slowly since the start of August. Carrasco held a 4-6 record with a disappointing 4.98 ERA before his diagnosis, but will come back healthier than he was at the beginning of the season. He'll likely return to the club as a reliever limiting his fantasy appeal, so managers don't need to add him wherever he's available.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
