Colorado Avalanche center Carl Soderberg registered an even-strength goal with three shots on net and a hit in Wednesday's 5-2 loss against the Minnesota Wild. His 17th goal marks a new career high, eclipsing the 16 he managed last season in 77 games, and in 2013-14 with the Boston Bruins when he had 48 points in his rookie season. He is on pace for 28 goals and 51 points, and the latter would tie a career best. He also had 12 goals and 51 points in 82 games in his first season with the Avalanche. If you need scoring help, and power-play points, Soderberg is still available in a high percentage of leagues.--Daniel Dobish
