2 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard/forward Cam Thomas exploded for a career-high 33 points in Saturday's 136-133 win against Indiana. He was perfect with his three attempts from deep and shot 13-for-20 overall in 29 minutes off the bench. Thomas grabbed three rebounds as well and had two turnovers. All the big guns sat out the contest and it gave others an opportunity to shine. Thomas took his chance with open arms, and fantasy managers who took a shot with him will be very pleased, although the 21-year-old didn't really do much else besides scoring. Thomas is a talented player, but he generally struggles to get minutes when the whole squad is available and he shouldn't be a regular on any fantasy team.
