Los Angeles Kings goaltender Calvin Petersen is considered day-to-day after he exited Monday's preseason game against Vegas with a lower-body injury. Petersen started the game but left after the opening period. He allowed one goal on 11 shots in an eventual 2-1 overtime victory. Pheonix Copley impressed after taking over from Petersen, saving all 30 shots he faced. Kings head coach Todd McLellan suggested after the game that Petersen was pulled only because it was a preseason game, which is great news for fantasy managers, although him being completely healthy would be even better. The 27-year-old had a strong campaign last year with a 20-14-2 record and he should get his fair share of starts again in 2022-23.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
