Cade Otton Not An Option For Week 17
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton has struggled to find the football and the end zone in recent weeks. In Sunday's 19-16 overtime win against the Cardinals, the rookie had only two receptions for twelve yards. Although he did see a healthy seven targets from quarterback Tom Brady, he continues to be inconsistent and unreliable while offering little fantasy value. On the season, the 23-year-old has caught 39 passes for 369 yards and two touchdowns. In Week 17, the Buccaneers face a Panthers defense that has allowed the second-fewest fantasy points per game to the tight end position. Otton should be considered a desperation option only heading into championship weekend.
