2 years agoWashington Capitals forward Alex Ovechkin notched his sixth goal in seven postseason games along with an assist in last night's 3-2 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins to start the second round matchup. The 32-year-old and his linemates Evgeny Kuznetsov and Tom Wilson were the only ones able to beat Pittsburgh goaltender Matt Murray as the Caps blew a 2-0 lead in the third period. Whether or not this is the series the Caps finally take from Pittsburgh, Ovechkin will always find his way onto the scoresheet.--Barry Miles
