Bills Committed To Youth Movement
6 years agoWith the latest roster cuts to the quarterback and wide receiver positions, it seems to be clear on what direction the Buffalo Bills are going this year. This will be a roster chalk full of mostly young inexperienced players. Before the release of quarterback AJ McCarron and wide receiver Corey Coleman, the Bills were already thought to have one of the weaker teams in the NFL in terms of housing fantasy-relevant players. This will clarify what to expect out of the Bills for 2018. It seems like most of the talent is on the defensive side of the ball, and if anything the Bills could be a sneaky defense to stream. Last year they were a middle-of-the-pack unit. They could very well improve on that this year with the likes of Tre’Davious White, Micah Hyde, Jordan Poyer and middle linebacker Tremaine Edmunds. If the Bills decide to go with Nathan Peterman at QB, expect lower-scoring games, however, if rookie Josh Allen gets the call, we may have some more stretched out play calling, which of course makes receiver Kelvin Benjamin and maybe running back LeSean McCoy more valuable (but not enough that you should feel all that great about if they are on your fantasy team).
