Buddy Hield Does It All For Pacers In Friday's Win
2 years agoIndiana Pacers guard/forward Buddy Hield produced a very good all-around performance in Friday's win over Washington, scoring a season-high 28 points on 12-for-19 shooting and collecting two rebounds and four assists with three steals and one block. He had only one turnover in 35 minutes on the floor and shot 4-for-10 from downtown. Hield has always been known as a deadly shooter, but there's much more to his game, as Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle noted on Friday, saying that he thinks Hield is an underrated player. The 29-year-old sharpshooter has now nailed 11 triples across his last two games, producing 54 points in total, and he's had strong averages in other categories as well this month with 5.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.4 steals.
