Bubba Wallace had a mediocre albeit decent run at New Hampshire yesterday. Although he never factored for the lead unlike his teammate, Tyler Reddick, he ran in the top 10 for much of Stage 2, but usually ran between 11th and 20th until he was eliminated in a crash when Noah Gragson spun out while trying to transition from the apron to the main track surface, which caused him to rear-end Wallace in the left-side door, sending the No. 23 Toyota into the wall and also eliminating Austin Dillon. Wallace's good fortune was that Joey Logano also crashed and finished only two positions ahead of him, but Logano scored vastly more stage points, which allowed him to overtake Wallace for the last playoff spot by 13 points. Unless another driver from below the cut line wins, these drivers are likely competing for the last playoff spot.--Sean Wrona - RotoBaller
