Broncos Not Considering Injured Reserve For Bradley Chubb
3 years agoThe Denver Broncos are not considering short-term Injured Reserve for pass-rusher Bradley Chubb (ankle) at this time after he aggravated an ankle injury in the Week 2 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars that kept him out of the season opener. Chubb's injury is a fluid situation, and the team is still evaluating their options. The Broncos will be extra cautious with their best pass-rusher not named Von Miller, so it wouldn't be a surprise if Chubb is held out for the Week 3 game against the New York Jets. Denver's defense has been one of the best in the NFL through two weeks. They haven't faced much competition from the Giants and Jaguars, and that won't change much in Week 3 against the Jets, so they'll be a high-end starting fantasy option this week.
