1 year agoAmong the Houston Texans players that won't suit up in the preseason opener on Thursday night against the New England Patriots is tight end Brevin Jordan (hamstring). The Texans aren't going to rush Jordan into action in the first preseason game, but he could make his 2023 debut next week in the second preseason contest on Aug. 19 against the Miami Dolphins. The 23-year-old former fifth-rounder in 2021 took a slight step back in his sophomore campaign in 2022 with only 14 receptions on 28 targets for 128 yards and no touchdowns in 11 games (three starts). With Dalton Schultz the clear No. 1 pass-catching tight end in Houston to begin the 2023 season, Jordan is well off the fantasy radar.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
