New York Mets third baseman Brett Baty (side) was forced to make an early exit from Friday's game against the Miami Marlins. Baty was pulled in the second inning due to right side tightness. He was hitless in his lone plate appearances of the night. Ronny Mauricio has taken over at third base. Fantasy managers should get an update on Baty's status following the contest. For now, fantasy managers should consider Baty as day-to-day until more information is known.--Andy Webb
