For players like Brendon Todd, most of the year's bigger tournaments are played with a significant handicap. Todd's lack of length off the tee presents real problems at some of the PGA Tour's bigger courses, but Harbour Town is a venue that Todd has built a career around peaking for. At a tight, tree-lined venue that measures just 7,100 yards, the bombers at the top of the world golf rankings will have to play more of the positional brand of golf that players like Todd employ on a weekly basis. His elite accuracy and short game will undoubtedly be strong assets around Hilton Head this week, but Todd will have to turn around a sputtering iron game if he hopes to truly contend. The Georgia alum ranks below field average in a number of key approach metrics (shots gained on approach, greens-in-regulation percentage, and proximity from 150-200 yards), and with 17 of the top 20 players in the world in the field this week, he's liable to get run over if that isn't turned around.--Ian McNeill - RotoBaller
