Brayden Taylor Rips Homer For High-A Bowling Green
5 months agoTampa Bay Rays third base prospect Brayden Taylor went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI for High-A Bowling Green on Thursday. Taylor has four homers and nine RBI in July but is hitting just .226. The Rays' No. 4 prospect is having a nice season at Bowling Green with 14 homers and 45 RBI to go with a .273 batting average and 25 stolen bases. The 22-year-old offers high upside with his bat as well as with his speed on the base paths. He could earn a promotion to Double-A by season's end but is still probably a few years away from a major-league debut. He is a high-ceiling prospect worth monitoring.
