New Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram (toe) has been ruled out for Tuesday's preseason matchup against the Chicago Bulls. This isn't a significant injury, but the Pelicans didn't want to risk it in a meaningless game. Trey Murphy should see additional run with Ingram on the sideline. At this point, it's hard to justify taking Ingram early in most fantasy drafts. He continues to get injured and his fantasy value could drop with Zion Williamson back to being fully healthy.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
