New York Rangers defenseman Brady Skjei (lower body) was forced to leave Friday's 6-2 road victory in the second period against the Buffalo Sabres due to a lower-body injury and he was unable to return. Head coach David Quinn said in his post-game press conference that Skjei is considered day to day and he "could play Sunday" against the Pittsburgh Penguins in a nationally-televised matinee contest. Skjei has managed three goals and 14 points over 54 games, but his real value to fantasy owners is in the hits (134) and blocked shots (82) categories.--Daniel Dobish
