Bradley Beal Returns With 29 Points
2 years agoWashington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal was back from a six-game absence on Sunday and led the team with 29 points in a 119-117 loss to the Lakers. He shot 9-for-17 for the night and had an 11-for-13 record at the charity stripe without hitting any triples. Beal's line included two rebounds, three assists and three turnovers in 32 minutes. It's been a stop-start season for Beal so far, with him having struggled to stay in the lineup. He's managed to play in just 19 of the team's 31 games. Fingers crossed that the Washington star can now remain healthy for the rest of the way. Beal will need to hit some outstanding form as well, with the team having dropped 10 games in a row and outside of the playoff picture.
