Bogdan Bogdanovic 2019 Player Outlook
6 years agoSacramento Kings guard/forward Bogdan Bogdanovic struggled a bit during the second half of the season in 2018-19, but he still ended up having a solid year, putting up career-high numbers in pretty much every category. He averaged 14.1 points, 3.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and one steal. His scoring average dropped by two points after the All-Star break, so he could've easily had an even better year. Bogdanovic will look to have more consistency in 2019-20 which will be a contract year for him. The Serbian has been a bench piece for the Kings, but he's played big minutes for a guy in his role, so fantasy managers shouldn't be scared away by the fact that Bogdanovic starts very few games. He started only 17 of his 70 games last season, but still averaged a solid 27.8 minutes per night. Led by fellow Serbian Vlade Divac, the franchise rates Bogdanovic highly and we can expect him to average close to 30 minutes again in 2019-20. He'll do a bit of everything and with some more consistent shooting -- Bogdanovic shot only 33.2 percent from deep before the All-Star break last season before pushing the efficiency up to 41.6 percent to close out the year -- there's a good chance of another career year in scoring.
Bogdan Bogdanovic Cleared For Wednesday
2 months agoLos Angeles Clippers guard Bogdan Bogdanovic (conditioning) has been cleared to suit up for Wednesday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. Bogdanovic is set to make his team debut after being acquired by the Clippers during last Thursday's deadline. So far this season, Bogdanovic is averaging 10 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.0 assists across 24 minutes per game. He hasn't exactly been a consistent fantasy option this season, but hopefully a change of scenery will help him. Fantasy managers who already have Bogdanovic rostered can get him into their lineups ahead of Wednesday's game. He should be able to see at least around 20 minutes especially with Ben Simmons (conditioning) still out.

Bogdan Bogdanovic Traded To Clippers
2 months agoThe Los Angeles Clippers added guard Bogdan Bogdanovic and three second-round picks in a trade with the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for Terance Mann and Bones Hyland. Bogdanovic has missed the last six games due to a personal matter and only played a total of 24 games all season. When available, he averaged 10.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 24.9 minutes per game. He'll likely be the primary backup to James Harden for the rest of this season since the Clippers traded away Kevin Porter Jr. in addition to Mann and Hyland. Bogdanovic is also under contract for the 2025-26 season with a club option for the 2026-27 season.

Bogdan Bogdanovic Sidelined On Wednesday Versus San Antonio
2 months agoAtlanta Hawks shooting guard Bogdan Bogdanovic (personal) won't play on Wednesday against the San Antonio Spurs. With Bogdanovic's popping up in the rumor mill as Thursday's trade deadline nears, it's unclear when or if he'll rejoin the Atlanta Hawks. Missing Bogdanovic will cost Atlanta some major playmaking off the bench. Bogdanovic has missed the last five games due to personal reasons, as he has been out since January 25. The Hawks will need to adjust their rotation with Bogdanovic out, giving more minutes to Dyson Daniels.
