9 months agoBill Algeo suffered a first-round TKO loss to Kyle Nelson at UFC Atlantic City on Saturday. Algeo entered the fight as a sizeable betting favorite, but early on, he got caught by a clean punch that rocked him. Once he was rocked, Nelson swarmed him landing heavy shots which forced the ref to jump in and stopped the fight at the four-minute mark of the first round. With the loss, Algeo is now 5-4 in the UFC, while this was the first time he's ever been knocked out in his career.--Cole Shelton
