Bears To Interview Eddie George For Head-Coach Job On Sunday
According to FOX Sports' Jay Glazer, the Chicago Bears are scheduled to interview former Tennessee Titans running back Eddie George for their head-coaching job on Sunday. George has been the head coach at Tennessee State for the last four years and was named the Coach Of The Year for the Big South in 2024-25 while leading his team to a co-championship. Before starting his coaching career, George won a Heisman Trophy in college. In his time at Tennessee State, he's gone 24-22, including 9-3 during the regular season this year. The Bears fired Matt Eberflus after their Thanksgiving Day loss to the division-rival Detroit Lions, with Thomas Brown finishing out the year as the interim head coach. The Bears are casting a wide net for their next head coach and are hoping whoever they choose will be able to get more out of No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams.

Cleveland Browns rookie first-round wide receiver KC Concepcion Jr. (calf, quadriceps) is dealing with multiple injuries this week and was listed as a limited practice participant on Thursday for the second straight day, according to Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer. Fellow rookie wideout Denzel Boston (foot) has also been limited in both practices this week, so they are not locks to play in Week 7 on the road against the Tennessee Titans. If we had to guess, though, we would expect both rookie pass-catchers to be active this weekend as they search for another win to stay atop the AFC North. In the first six games of his NFL career, Concepcion has caught 22 of 35 targets for 186 yards and no touchdowns while adding six rushing attempts for 11 yards. There is a lot to like about Concepcion long term, but he has been inconsistent so far, as veteran quarterback Deshaun Watson distributes the ball evenly in a passing attack that has left a lot to be desired. Fantasy managers should treat Concepcion as a WR3/flex upside play if he is active this Sunday.

Dylan Sampson Continues to be Limited as his Return Nears
Cleveland Browns running back Dylan Sampson (knee) was listed as a limited participant in practice on Thursday for the second straight day, according to The Cleveland Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot. Sampson is trying to return from a knee injury that he suffered in the season opener, and if he can upgrade to a full practice on Friday, the Browns could officially activate him from Injured Reserve. The Browns should also be getting starting back Quinshon Judkins (ankle) back this weekend after he sat out of the Week 6 win over the division-rival Baltimore Ravens. The 22-year-old Sampson entered the regular season as the change-of-pace RB2 behind Judkins, so he should return to that role upon his activation from IR. Before getting hurt in Week 1, Sampson did not have a single touch on offense. He had 65 carries for 175 yards and no touchdowns as a rookie last year, adding 33 catches for 271 yards and two touchdowns through the air. Sampson is an RB handcuff in deep PPR leagues if you have Judkins rostered.

Quinshon Judkins Limited Again in Thursday's Practice
Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins (ankle) was limited in practice again on Thursday for the second straight day, according to Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer. An ankle injury caused Judkins to miss the Week 6 win over the division-rival Baltimore Ravens, but barring a setback in practice on Friday, the 22-year-old second-year back is on the right track to return this weekend when the Browns go on the road to take on the Tennessee Titans. In addition to Judkins, Dylan Sampson (knee) was limited for a second straight day and is on track to come off Injured Reserve to play on Sunday. It is good news for Cleveland's backfield after they were down to Jaleel McLaughlin and Audric Estime in the upset win over the Ravens. Judkins has been inefficient so far in his sophomore season with 3.0 yards per carry, but he is trending up as an RB2 play for fantasy managers against the Titans as the Browns' starting running back.

Jordan Love Upgrades to Full Practice on Thursday
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (back) upgraded to a full participant in Thursday's practice, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN. Love came down with a sore back in Sunday night's win over the visiting Dallas Cowboys, but the QB himself said there is no chance that he will sit out the Week 7 divisional clash this weekend against the Detroit Lions. Love's return to a full practice after being limited on Wednesday puts him on track to be ready to go come Sunday. Receivers Christian Watson (ankle) and Matthew Golden (shoulder) are also on the Week 7 injury report, but they have been limited so far this week, and the Packers are not concerned with their status for this weekend's game in Detroit. Even without starting running back Josh Jacobs at his disposal through the first six weeks of the 2026 season, Love has emerged as a weekly QB1 and a top-10 scorer at his position in fantasy. Love should be viewed as a top-five fantasy QB for his upcoming matchup against a Lions defense that has been easy to score points on.

Deebo Samuel Sr. Not Seen at Thursday's Practice
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. (hamstring) was not seen in the early open portion of practice on Thursday, according to Nick Wagoner of ESPN. Samuel did not practice last week or play in the team's Week 6 win over the Washington Commanders on Monday night after he tweaked his hamstring in the Week 5 win over the division-rival Seattle Seahawks. The 30-year-old Samuel had become a key weapon on offense given all the WR injuries for the team, and he had 16 catches on 20 targets for 206 yards and three touchdowns in five games in his return to the Bay Area. Fantasy managers should be preparing to be without the veteran pass-catcher for another week.

Lamar Jackson Remains Limited in Practice on Thursday
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (ankle) "ramped up his workload" but remained limited in practice on Thursday, per Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Banner. Jackson has missed Baltimore's last two games with an ankle injury, and his status for the team's Week 7 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals appears to be uncertain as well. Seattle Seahawks tight end Elijah Arroyo (shoulder) is having season-ending surgery on Thursday, a source told Adam Schefter of ESPN. The 24-year-old Barner, a former fourth-rounder in 2024 from Michigan, has yet to score this year through six weeks and has 15 catches on 24 targets for 138 yards. He had a career year in 2025 with 52 receptions, 519 yards, and six receiving touchdowns in 17 starts.
