Chicago Bulls guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (illness) is probable for Tuesday's matchup against the Detroit Pistons. The 25-year-old is battling an illness but is expected to suit up on Tuesday. Dosunmu's role has grown in the rotation recently, as he averages 14.0 points and 5.5 assists for the month. He has already faced the Pistons once in February, notching 14 points, three rebounds, and five assists in a 127-119 road loss.--Taavi Pailk
