According to Will Gottlieb of AllCHGO.com, Chicago Bulls guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (illness) is available to suit up against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday. The 25-year-old has been battling an illness, but it won't keep him out of the lineup. Dosunmu's role has grown in the rotation recently, as he's averaged 14.0 points and 5.5 assists for the month. In his last appearance, Dosunmu finished with 10 points, one rebound, four assists, and one steal across 30 minutes of work against the Warriors on Saturday.--Andrew Lennox
