9 months agoSan Diego Padres catcher Austin Hedges (ankle) is out of the starting lineup for the second straight game on Sunday. Hedges remains day-to-day for now. He's an excellent defensive backstop but is hitting under .200 and provides the occasional long ball for those in two-catcher leagues. Austin Allen is behind the dish again and is batting seventh against Nationals starting pitcher Stephen Strasburg. Allen has eight hits in 29 at-bats (.276) with no homers and two RBI and should be faded in DFS in the tough matchup against Strasburg in the series finale.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
