Atlanta D/ST a Top Option in Favorable Home Matchup Against Miami
The Atlanta Falcons defense/special teams is a top-three option this week against a Miami team that is reeling. Miami is already without Tyreek Hill (knee) for the season, but Tua Tagovailoa has also severely underperformed over the last two weeks, throwing for a total of 305 yards while throwing six interceptions compared to just one touchdown. Atlanta has performed above expectations thus far, holding opponents to a league-low 141.2 passing yards per game and the eighth-fewest points per game at 20.0 PPG. The Falcons will be without some starters on defense, including Divine Deablo (forearm) and Billy Bowman Jr. (hamstring), but Miami is still only projected for under 19 points according to Vegas, and Tagovailoa's leash seems to be getting shorter and shorter. With 15 sacks, six interceptions, and three fumble recoveries on the season, Atlanta is a capable unit that will have the home crowd on its side, so managers looking for a bye-week fill-in need look no further than the Falcons D/ST.
