Aroldis Chapman Notches Fifth Save
New York Yankees relief pitcher Aroldis Chapman worked another easy ninth for his fifth save of the year in Saturday's win over Detroit. Chapman went nine games without garnering a single save chance but has gone a perfect 5-for-5 in his opportunities since while fanning 22 batters with just three free passes allowed. The southpaw's expected ERA is 0.82- and his expected batting average is .066, so the underlying numbers are certainly backing up this dominant start. Chapman looks better than ever and is pitching for a Yankees team that is slowly starting to get going- he has an outside chance to lead the majors in saves.
