Antonio Brown Ruled Out Against Saints
3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians has ruled wide receiver Antonio Brown (ankle) out for the Week 8 divisional matchup against the New Orleans Saints. It's not a huge surprise, as Brown is dealing with a potential long-term ankle sprain that could keep him out past the team's Week 9 bye. His fantasy managers need to plan for a potential lengthy absence, but Brown should be stashed in all leagues because of his big role in the offense when healthy. Tyler Johnson had just two targets in Brown's absence last week, so he's not particularly attractive in fantasy. Tight end Rob Gronkowski (lung, ribs) is on track to return after a four-week absence, and he, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin should be target hogs in Tampa's passing attack.
