Anthony Rendon Stays White-Hot
4 years agoLos Angeles Angels third baseman Anthony Rendon collected two more hits in the Angels 7-2 loss to the Giants on Wednesday. Rendon extended his hitting streak to nine games and is 15-for-32 (.468) during that span with three doubles, five home runs and nine runs batted in. After a sluggish start to his tenure in an Angels uniform, the All-Star third baseman has looked much more like himself over the past week or so. Since beginning the month of August with a batting average of .188, Rendon is now slashing .268/.441/.577 on the season and is a quality play in DFS leagues through the rest of the week.
