Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons (elbow) will be active against Miami on Tuesday. He has been upgraded from questionable to available, meaning Simons will miss just one game because of an elbow strain. Simons' season has been a rollercoaster ride, but he sits second in scoring on the Trail Blazers team, averaging 18.0 points per game. His return will send Scoot Henderson back to the bench, although we should still see plenty of him on Tuesday, as Henderson has logged 30-plus minutes regularly as of late.--Taavi Pailk
