4 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels have placed shortstop Andrelton Simmons (ankle) on the 10-day injured list ahead of Tuesday's game versus the Mariners. Simmons rolled his ankle trying to leg out an infield single in Monday's game and will now miss a significant amount of the regular season. The Angels have put a timeline around mid-August, which makes him droppable for fantasy. Luis Rengifo was recalled in a corresponding move and should receive regular playing time in Simmons' absence.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
