11/29:St. Louis Blues left wing Alexander Steen was determined to mark his return to the lineup with a goal on Wednesday, but he couldn't get any of his seven shots past Jimmy Howard in a 4-3 loss to Detroit. Steen was out two weeks with an upper-body injury before making his return. He started off on the fourth line but ended up logging 16:54 which is close to his season average (17:30), so it looks like there are no lingering issues and the Swedish winger should be back in top form straight away. He has 10 points in 17 games this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
