Alexander Mattison Officially Ruled Out Against Chiefs
2 weeks agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Alexander Mattison (ankle) has officially been ruled out for the team's Week 13 game against the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs on Black Friday. Mattison missed last week's loss to the division-rival Denver Broncos and came into Friday's contest as questionable, but he'll now miss his second straight game. With Zamir White (quadriceps) also missing a second straight game, Ameer Abdullah is in line to make a second straight start, with Sincere McCormick and rookie Dylan Laube backing him up. For volume alone, Abdullah enters the RB3/flex mix in fantasy yet again, but the matchup isn't a great one. The Chiefs defense has allowed the fewest half-PPR points to opposing RBs this year. Abdullah wasn't exactly impressive in his start last week against a similarly tough Broncos defense, rushing for 28 yards on eight carries, although he did find the end zone through the air.
