5/20:Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Alex Wood left Sunday's start with an apparent injury. Wood was through six innings at 82 pitches before being checked on by a trainer and then replaced for the seventh inning. As of now, the nature of the injury is unknown, however Wood was dealing with hamstring cramps during his start in Arizona two weeks ago. Wood has been on the disabled list four times in the past two years, so injuries are nothing new to him, but this looks to be more of a precautionary move by the Dodgers. Wood should be good to go for his next start on Saturday against the Padres barring any breaking news.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
